Disclaimer - I understand that if payment is made by the School in excess of the amount properly due, or the conditons relating to the payment are not complied with by me, the Governing Body reserves the right to repayment and may, at its discretion, make deduction from salary or other payments due to me and to reimburse any amount(s) owing to the School and thus incurred.
I am aware that extra time of less than half an hour on any day shall not rank as overtime. Overtime on any day other than a Sunday, or a general or public holiday, payment shall be at time and a half. For overtime on a Sunday, payment shall be at double time. Overtime for part time staff shall be paid at normal rate up to the full time equivalent. Thereafter payment shall be as above.
