I understand that if payment is made by the school in excess of the amount properly due, or the conditions relating to the payment are not complied with by me, the Governing Body reserves the right to repayment and may, at its discretion make deduction from my salary or other payments due to me to reimburse any amount owing to the School and thus incurred.
