An impressive 85% of grades were A*-B, with 63% of all grades awarded A or A*. Most notably, 31% of grades were awarded at A* — the highest proportion of A* grades ever achieved at AGSB.

There were also some exceptional individual performances across the year group:

• 21 students achieved a clean sweep of A* grades
• 78 students (42% of the year group) earned A*/A in all their subjects

Graeme Wright, Head Master at AGSB, said:

 “These are exceptional results, and I am particularly delighted that our students have achieved the highest proportion of A* grades in AGSB’s history. They are a testament to the hard work, determination and commitment of the students, alongside the dedication and expertise of their teachers.

We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and wish every student every success as they embark on their next exciting chapter, whether that is at university, through an apprenticeship or on another path.
