I am aware that if my child is selected for the trip, I will receive a Residential or Day Trip Form that must be filled out by the specified deadline and that failure to submit the form and deposit by the deadline date may result in the withdrawal of my child's place, with the opportunity being extended to the next person on the waiting list.

I accept that I may be responsible to cover any loss of costs should I have to withdraw at a later date.
