AGSB Secure Silver Medal in the GB Schools Fencing Championships
On 8th March, AGSB (supported by the Premier Sabre Academy in Broadheath) sent a team of three fencers to represent the school in this year’s British Schools Under 13 Championships held in North London.
AGSB started their day off strongly, defeating St Benedict’s School, Ealing and Latymer Upper School.
In the final, AGSB came up against Caterham School. The lead changed hands throughout the match. However, Caterham took the final match to win 45-43 with AGSB finishing with the silver medal.
