Attend Church Services - Christmas Concert/Founders Day (All pupils are required to attend our Christmas Concert and Founders Day Services. These are held in religious settings. I agree to my child being included in this process)*
Online Payments - (We operate an internet based system to facilitate online payments. This system meets fully with GDPR. Photos General - (I am happy for school to take general photos of my child)*
Photos in Media/Local News - (I am happy for photos of my child to be used in the press, for example, local newspaper)*
Photos in Newsletter - (I am happy for photos of my child to appear in the school newsletter)*
Photos in School Material eg. (Prospectus/Word) - (I am happy for photos of my child to appear in printed school materials, for example, The Word Magazine, Annual Review, School Prospectus etc.)*
Photos Internal Displays - (I am happy for photos of my child to be used on internal displays in and around school)*
Photos Website/Twitter - (I am happy for photos of my child to appear on the School Website and Twitter)*
Promotional Videos - (I am happy for the school to take videos of my child to use for promotional purposes, such as the school website)*

3rd Party sharing of Data

Sometimes we need to share data to 3rd parties in the performance of our public task and therefore consent is not required. Some examples of these are: The Census; this is a legal requirement where encrypted data is sent to the Government. Local Education Authority for Education Welfare services, Trafford School Nursing Team etc.

School Catering 3rd party access - (Our catering service operates a 3rd party system which enables them to view your son's name, form, photograph and any important dietary/medical/allergens information. This allows them to confirm their identity when purchasing items and also alerts them to any potential medical issues. Please also note, without this consent your child will not be able to buy any food or drinks from the school canteen)*
School Photographer 3rd party access - (The school photographer takes photographs of all students annually for parents to purchase. These consist of (individual/class/year group/whole school). To enable you to purchase these photographs, we need consent to provide your son's name and your email address to the photographer. Schools, Local Education Authorities and the Children and Young People's Service all hold information on pupils in order to run the education system and in doing so have to follow the Data Protection Act 2018. This means amongst other things, that the data held about pupils must only be used for specific purposes allowed by law.

The school holds information on pupils in order to support their teaching and learning, to monitor and report on their progress, to provide appropriate pastoral care and to assess how well the School as a whole is doing. This information includes contact details, National Curriculum assessment results, attendance information, ethnic group information, special education needs and any relevant medical information.
