The Year 12 course follows the AQA AS specification for Philosophy and comprises 3 modules: Epistemology (Theory of knowledge); Philosophy of Religion and a Philosophical Text.
Paper I : Epistemology (Ms. Stockwisz)
Paper II: Philosophy of Religion (Mr. Lowe)
Paper III: Plato's Republic (Ms. Stockwisz) and Descartes Meditations (Mr Lowe)
The Year 13 course follows the AQA A2 course and also comprises three
modules: Philosophy of Mind; Philosophical Text and Synoptic Study.
Paper IV: Philosophy of Mind (Ms. Stockwisz)
Paper V: One or two of a choice of texts (Mr. Lowe)
Paper VI: Synoptic Study (Mr Lowe and Ms. Stockwisz)
